**If re-installation and back-up services are required, we would recommend Carry-in to our service center or go by our convenient CRD package (Collect-Repair-Deliver) for cost savings.
**As far as possible, our technician will try to repair on the spot. However, if a 2nd trip is required due to parts delivery or other reasons, subsequent hour charge applies.

Computer Repair 7 Days Service Warranty
All computer repair services have a 7 days warranty. If the problem returns within
7 days from the service date, PCnet will fix the problem at no extra charge for you. The 7 days warranty applies to labor only. Any purchased parts required to perform the repair are guaranteed by the manufacturer, which is usually one year. PCnet will assist you if any purchased part is
damaged by contacting the manufacturer for a replacement if the warranty is still
valid.
The computer repair service warranty will be voided if any of the following conditions apply:
An illegal software is installed on the computer
the computer has no antivirus protection
The computer is used to download unlicensed files using peer to peer applications (e.g. Limewire)
the computer is used to access inappropriate or adult content
the computer has been physically damaged
Other restrictions may apply.
